Grammy dobitnici u 2024. bile su, pre svega – dobitnice. Naime, žene su dominirale na sinoćnoj dodeli prestižnih nagrada Recording Academy, a priznanja u glavnim kategorijama osvojile su Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish i Victoria Monét.

Grammy dobitnici 2024.

Koji izvođači su se istakli?

Taylor Swift je ušla u istoriju kao prva muzičarka koja je osvojila nagradu za Album of the year po četvrti put – za svoje ostvarenje Midnights, a na scenu je izašla zajedno sa Lanom Del Rey, dok joj je nagradu dodelila muzička diva Celine Dion.

Miley Cyrus je osvojila nagrade za Record of the year i Best pop solo performance za numeru koja je obeležila prethodnu godinu – Flowers, što su ujedno i njene prve Grammy nagrade.

Billie Eilish je kući ponela priznanja za Barbie soundtrack What Was I Made For?, i to u kategorijama za Best song of the year i Best song written for visual media.

Pored pomenutog skandala, gledaoci su imali priliku da čuju Jay Z-jevo direktno negodovanje i kritiku Recording Academy, zbog toga što Beyoncé, najnagrađivanija i najnominovanija umetnica u istoriji manifestacije, nikada nije osvojila prestižnu nagradu Album of the Year.
