Kako smršati? Da li vam je za to potreban tim stručnjaka, profesionalaca, doktora, psihologa, “zabranjivača” slatkiša i profesionalnih bušača kašike? Pa, zavisi. Recept je kod svih drugačiji. U principu samo je važno da se zna šta kod koga pali.

Počnimo od prve stvari i rečenice koja vas više tangira. “Ako smršam izgledaću mnogo lepše, moći ću da obučem šta god poželim, sve će mi lepo stajati, bolje ću se osećati i biću srećnija” ili “Ako ne smršam ostaću zauvek ovako ružna, popunjena, niko me neće hteti, svi će me omalovažavati”. I zbog koje ti rečenice krećeš da treniraš? 

Mnogo je rečenica u našim glavama koje nas sputavaju i da krenemo da treniramo. Instagram koliko god toga da nam je pozitivnog doneo u vezi sa ovom temom, doneo je i neke nove standarde, koje mi možda i ne možemo da ispunimo!

Poznata australijska fitnes Instagramerka Kayla Itsines osmislila je aplikaciju koja može pomoći mnogim devojkama da ostanu motivisane i istrajne u svojoj nameri da smršaju. Njena aplikacija nosi naziv Sweat i košta nešto malo više od 100 dolara.

Dobra stvar kod ove aplikacije jeste što nudi baš mnogo fitnes programa. Većina devojaka će i dalje ostati da vežba kod kuće, tako da pre svega postoji program za to. Zatim, postoji i fitnes program za one devojke koje žele da kombinuju kućne vežbe i vežbe u teretani. Zatim, postoje i posebne vežbe koje uključuju samo tegove ili određene grupe mišića.
